I. Introduction


1. The Controller of personal data shall be MULTIPIT Sp. z o. o. seated in Gliwice (44-117), ul. 2. The privacy of visitors to our website is very important to us and we shall make every effort to protect it. This Privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how we process your data.
3. A consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this policy on your first visit to our website allows us to use cookies on each subsequent visit.


II. Processing of personal data


Following personal data may be processed:


1. Computer information, including IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, and operating system;

Except as provided in this Policy, no information will be shared with third parties.

 

V. Principles of data processing


1. Data is processed in accordance with generally applicable regulations (including: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC [GDPR] and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).
2. Personal data that we process will be kept for no longer than necessary, i.e. for the period provided for by law (for statistical or tax-related purposes) or the period of limitation of possible claims of the Controller.
3. If a consent has been obtained, the Controller may process personal data for further purposes. In a situation where data is processed on the basis of your consent – you shall have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was performed on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
4. Your consent to the processing of personal data will allow to process your personal data for the purpose of:
a) contacting via the contact form;
b) saving data in cookies, collecting data from websites and mobile applications;
c) organizing promotional campaigns and competitions;
d) processing optional data for the performance of a service or fulfilling an order;
e) sending you information in the form of a newsletter, and other commercial information directly to your end devices.
5. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, some data may be necessary for the purpose of contacting the Controller, using services, or concluding contracts with the Controller and executing them.
6. The Controller will not process data in an automated manner, resulting in the issuance of a decision causing legal effects affecting you significantly in a similar manner – including through profiling.

1. Personal data may be transferred to a third country. Data transfer outside the territory of the European Geographical Area will take place in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.
2. Personal information published on our website or submitted for publication on our website may be available via the internet around the world.

1. We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, abuse or alteration of personal data processed.
2. We will store all personal data you provide on our secure servers (password and firewall protected).
3. The user acknowledges that the transmission of information over the internet is potentially insecure and the security of data transmitted in this way is not guaranteed.

5. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body in connection with the processing of your personal data – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
You may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, if the processing takes place in connection with the legitimate interest of the Controller.
